ASD Wins Interim Dental Tracking Database (IDTD) Conversion Contract by the State of California, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)

Advanced Software Design Inc. (ASD) has been awarded Interim Dental Tracking Database (IDTD) Conversion contract by the State of California, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to provide design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, support, and knowledge transfer activities to convert the existing MS Access based IDTD application to a new IDTD web application using MS ASP.NET, WCF, and SQL Server technologies.

Under the contract, ASD will provide innovative and cost-effective Project Management, Architecture and Design documentation; Implementation and Testing; and Deployment and Transition services.

California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS)’s IDTD is currently being used at thirty-three (33) state correctional institutions. The main purpose of IDTD is for health care staffs to schedule and track dental-care appointments for patient-inmates and to generate reports. The new IDTD application will be deployed into production for a user-base distributed across all State adult-correctional institutions and CCHCS headquarters.
