Oracle Application Upgrade (DMV)

Assist in the planning and upgrading of the Oracle Application from version 11.5.8 to version 11.5.10 in all DMV environments. This included but was not limited too providing Project Management for planning and oversight; system and process integration; and identifying business processes from the 11.5.10 application version and the impact to the current business processes, business users and staff providing support. Also provided subject matter expertise and transfer of knowledge to DMV business analysts, application specialists, and, system administrators, developers, technical analysts, and database administrators regarding the use of new, modified or updated Oracle processes and functionality.
