May 23, 2013 — Advanced Software Design Inc. (ASD) has been awarded Marine Corps Logistics Support Services (MCLOGSS) contract with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) to support Marine Corps Logistics Command’s (LOGCOM) requirement for Logistics Support Services.
The MCLOGSS contract is intended to provide worldwide, integrated logistics/supply chain and distribution management; maintenance management; and strategic prepositioning capability in support of the operating forces and other supported units to maximize their readiness and sustainability and to support enterprise and program level Total Life Cycle Management. The Marine Corps Logistics Support Services (MCLOGSS) IDIQ contract, includes a base year plus four option years with an estimated ceiling for all contracts value of $854,625,075.
The contract, includes the following task areas to provide logistics support and related administrative support:
- Program Management and Operations
- Information/Technology Specialized Support
- Training Support
- Program Support
- Transportation/ Supply Support
- Maintenance Support
- Technical Data Development Supportt
